    Currently we deliver our mission through support in the Americas, the Caribbean and Europe, with a focus on:

    Residencies for Latin American and Caribbean artists.

    Exhibitions which focus on Latin American and Caribbean artistic practices.
    Curatorial exchanges, residencies, and initiatives that expand knowledge, dialogue, and international connections around Latin American and Caribbean artists.

    Scholarship and publications that contribute new perspectives on Latin American and Caribbean artistic practices and contexts.

    Programmes that strengthen cultural infrastructure, curatorial practices and professional networks within Latin American and Caribbean countries, in particular those that foster regional collaboration between institutions and individuals.


    PLEASE NOTE: ERA Foundation generally awards grants through partner institutions rather than directly to individuals.

    We support projects that  primarily or exclusively centre on artistic voices from Latin America and the Caribbean.
    Any open-call opportunities will be announced on our website. Partnerships are developed proactively and we do not generally accept unsolicited proposals.
